This is MY school, please help. We have a dirty empty lot for recess. these are low income, racially and ethnically diverse school. We would love to give them something to truly look forward too!!! And show them that if you try really, REALLY hard, you can do jut about anything you set your mind to!

i have nothing to report, other than i have begun crossfitting. i will be cxling my reg gym membership, and i will try to eat better. i ate salmon tonight with spinach and blueberries, oddly that was bc i was craving it. then as usual i drowned it in balsamic vinegar. i love the way it burns!

People these days....

I am so sick of people these days. so many people feel they are entitled to just about everything. what happened to manners, and respect? I just heard on the radio the other day a rapper on an airplane with a political dude, got into a tussle! Why, bc the politician asked him to put his seat up, and the rapper didn't like his tone? TONE?!?! Are you EFFING kidding me?!?! so because you didn tlike his tone, it is ok to infringe upon his personal space and just be a D**k.
or how about I was just walking through the hallway and a student walks in front of me, practically bumping me, without so much as an "excuse me", "im sorry" or even "my bad" nothing. no one has respect while driving, while interacting with other people. When did this start? who is responsible for such disgusting behavior! I think we should be taking etiquette classes! AAAAAAAAAAHHH!

fitness competing

I think i really want to get back into the fitness scene. i miss the smell of the metal ,the clanking of the weights. sweating out a tough day. but it is really tough and so strict. i love junk food/fast foods more than anyone ever should. i love regular foods as well but i lack portion and self control!!! i just love EATING.I think if i a to do this, i need to get a fairly athletic routine. like old school running track practices and such. oh i dunno. gonna go eat some grapes now.
